Subscription Terms and Conditions

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales, Australia. The rights and obligations of ours and yours will not be governed by the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contractors for the International Sale of Goods (1980), the application of which are expressly excluded. If you are not located or do not reside in Australia, we have no knowledge or, and no responsibility for, the laws in your country.
